Best time to visit: November, April, May
Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park (120 km, 2 hours)

Pick-up from Arusha town and drive to Tarangire National Park for game viewing. This park is famous for its large elephant population and thriving herds of wildebeest and zebra. Other animals commonly sighted include impala, giraffes, eland, buffalo, gazelles, and both greater and lesser kudu. Lions and leopards are also frequently seen here. After your game drive, you’ll head to your reserved accommodation just outside the park.

After an early breakfast, depart for the renowned Serengeti National Park. This vast ecosystem offers some of Africa’s most iconic wildlife experiences, where you’ll have a chance to see buffalo, elephants, giraffes, and diverse antelope species. Later, continue to your reserved accommodation inside the park for the night.

Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti’s rolling plains, on the lookout for large predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas, along with herbivores such as zebras and gazelles. Enjoy the immersive safari experience before returning to your camp.

After breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day crater tour. The crater is a haven for around 20,000 mammals, including endangered black rhinos, and has one of the highest carnivore densities globally, featuring lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals. Conclude the day with a drive to your reserved lodge in Karatu.

Enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions, hippos, and striking landscape within the Great Rift Valley. After your visit, return to Arusha, marking the end of your safari adventure.
